Please find the detail of the following requirement which we have right now:
HSE Engineer:
To ensure that all actions, works and services undertaken by EPC contractor, are in accordance with the respective Agreement with company.
To ensure compliance with company”s objectives, requirements, priorities, policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and guidelines provided by COMPANY from time to time.
To Coordinate the construction activities and make sure that these are executed as per the HSE plan and procedures.
Ensure that Project HSE programs and procedures are implemented, reviewed and improved as needed.
Participate in incident control duties during major accident emergencies or drills.
Coordinate the compliance of the Project Non-Conformance and conduct Incident Investigation.
Ensure implementation of Project HSE objective and procedures.
Co-ordinate with contractor and subcontractor personnel for proper implementation of HSE issues in their respective areas.
Participate in the daily internal safety co-ordination meeting and other meeting if required.
Prepare documents that comply on the legal obligation and contractual obligation.
Work with safety manager on planning and implementation of crisis management team, fire evacuation drill procedures, safety trainings and emergency procedures.
Participate in the weekly safety walkthrough with the sub-contractor safety personnel and representative.
Ensure all permits to work systems are in place and comply the requirements.
Carry out the hazard analysis and risk assessment of the critical activities in their area.
Make sure legal compliances are in place, such as certified operator, valid third party certificates of machines or equipment and etc.
Conduct investigation of the causes of any incident, near miss, first aid and accident at same time prepare report for control measure and prevention.
Business requires the deployment of above resources effective for 6 months.
