Exhibition of Textile Designing organized by Intercultural Women’s Group

On Thursday evening, various designs of products made in the inter-cultural group’s redesigning project were displayed. The purpose of the program was to introduce the usefulness and utilization of this project. The project manager then outlines the organization’s four projects over the past year.

Last year, the Intercultural Women’s Group successfully completed four projects. During this time, there were many obstacles due to the epidemic, but the organization’s management, under the leadership of its head Ghazala Naseem, continued its work even in difficult circumstances. During the lockdown, the organization continued its courses and meetings online, including Norwegian language classes, mental health workshops, and self-help projects. However, new members were elected this year through new elections. Despite such unfavorable circumstances, the organization successfully completed the grant projects of around one million crowns last year.
