Position: Team Lead – Operations
Location: Riyadh
Compensation:
Upto SAR 9600 per Month – All Inclusive.
(Depending upon the qualification and experience)
Job Role:
• Ensure continuous improvement of Service Center performance in all key areas
• Execute quality audits and follow up the corrective actions
• Maintain an accurate reporting of stock along with regular audits
• Responsibility for subcontractor relations and performance
• Ensure that the production process is maintained to plan & quality criteria
• Ensure all Plant activities comply with current Health & Safety legislation
• Project management for key projects in Operations
• Manage the efficiency of material usage and capacity utilization.
• Training service providers staff in operations.
• Make sure that service providers and manufacturers working in line with SOP’s and standardized processes.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution would be an advantage
